Privacy Policy

Crawl2Sprint ("we", "us") operates the website crawl2sprint.com (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we handle, when, and why. The honest summary: as little as possible, and only to make the Service work for you.

The short version

• Used anonymously, everything stays in your browser. Your inputs, generated plans, and progress live in your browser's localStorage on your device — nothing is sent to or stored on our servers.
• Sign-in is optional. If you choose to sign in with Google, we store the minimum needed to sync your plans across devices, and you can delete all of it anytime.
• No ads. No selling data. No third-party analytics.

Anonymous use (no account)

The plan builder runs entirely in your web browser. The details you enter — race, experience level, schedule, age group, and optional height and weight — are processed on your device to generate your plan, and anything you save (your plan, your checked-off workouts) is kept in your browser's localStorage. It is never transmitted to, or stored on, our servers. Clearing your browser's site data removes it completely; we couldn't recover it for you even if you asked, because we never had it.

If you sign in with Google (optional)

You never need an account to use Crawl2Sprint. If you choose to sign in with Google — so your plans and progress follow you across devices — we store the following:

• Your email address, name, and profile photo URL, as provided by Google sign-in
• Your training profile: height, weight, age band, experience level, and run days
• Your saved plans and workout completion history

This data is stored in Cloudflare D1, a database operated by our hosting provider, Cloudflare. It is used only to provide the Service — generating, saving, and syncing your training plans. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not run third-party analytics on it.

Google sign-in is provided by Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy.

Sessions and cookies

When you sign in, we set a single HttpOnly session cookie so you stay signed in between visits. It is not readable by JavaScript on the page, and it is not used for tracking or advertising. That is the only cookie the Service sets; anonymous use sets no cookies at all. If we ever introduce anything that requires more cookies, this policy will be updated and consent requested where required by law.

Deleting your data

You can delete everything we hold about you at any time:

• In the app: go to Account → Delete account. This removes your profile, training details, saved plans, and completion history from our database.
• By email: write to hello@crawl2sprint.com and we'll delete it for you.

Data stored in your own browser (anonymous use) is under your control — clear the site's data in your browser settings to remove it.

What we don't do

• No advertising and no ad trackers.
• No selling or renting personal data — ever.
• No third-party analytics scripts.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers (currently Cloudflare) automatically process technical data needed to serve the site — such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested — in standard server logs, for security and reliability purposes. We do not use this data to identify you. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details on their processing.

Third-party resources

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, Google receives your IP address as part of the request. See Google's privacy policy.

Children's privacy

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/EEA under GDPR or California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. For anonymous use there is nothing on our servers to retrieve. For signed-in accounts, you can delete everything yourself via Account → Delete account, or contact us at hello@crawl2sprint.com with any access, correction, or deletion request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
